Hello again!

It's been a while since I have blogged I figured it was time again. :) I used to be so much better at writing stuff down, I love to record important things that have happened in my life. It helps me relax and realize all that I am grateful for. While I was serving my mission in Pittsburgh PA I kept a journal (well several actually ha ha.) Out of the year and a half I was out there I only missed 1 day. I was so mad at myself for missing that one day. I am so glad that I did keep a journal though...on any given day of my mission i can look back (and pick a random day) and see what I was doing. It really fascinates (sp?) me. There were some times though that you cannot make out what I wrote because I was so tired, I would fall asleep half way through or at the end and just scribble off the page. (I usually wrote at the end of the day....and yes I stayed up a lot longer then I was supposed to....but I didn't care because I was writing down memories, experiences i had and amazing people I met.) Anyway off my intro....so I think this entry is going to be a mixture of different things....memory keeping, holidays, family, etc. So you'll just have to bear with me as I might switch through different subjects! :) So it is now March....is that crazy to anyone else? My baby is almost 6 months old! Oh my goodness. She is growing way too fast...but at the same time i'm excited for her to grow and learn. I'm excited to see what she will be like when she is 1 or 2. I love the baby stage though...it is so much fun!! I know I have said this before but I Love being a mom! I love having a family! My Little girl and my husband are my everything! I try to be the best mom I can be and give her the best life possible! Sometimes I find myself comparing myself to other moms and how they raise their babies but then I step back and realize she loves me for who I am and because of the love I give her. We are all different on how we do things...why compare? It would crazy and boring if we all did the same things for ourselves and our children. What I care about is that I raise her right, that I love her no matter what she does, that I provide for her, and that we (her daddy and me) keep a roof over her head. She is learning so much lately. She is giggling more and more and it just brings a huge smile to my face every time. She is starting to eat some thing other then just milk. I love to try new foods with her...I hope she isn't a picky eater. I hope she turns out like me: I love all fruits and veggies! If she is a picky eater then that's ok too...we'll deal with that when it happens. :) she has started to roll over more! Which is so fun to watch...when she does flip from one side to the next she has a look on her face of: "what the heck just happened to me?" she likes it though. She loves our puppies and they love her...we have 1 black lab/collie mix and one corgie/everything else mix. (we almost got rid of the corgie not too long ago...people were maybe interested but as soon as I saw them asking more and more questions about him I just couldn't bring myself to get rid of him. I'll admit I cried. :) It's probably a good thing because that seems to be her favorite dog out of the two. Our cats (we have 2) really could care less about anyone but themselves....I guess that's how cats are. But that is ok...I still like them. I LOVE buying clothes for our little Suzie....I go to Ross or TJ Max or Walmart and sometimes carters (but usually ross and tj max have carters stuff that is cheaper) It's just so fun to buy little clothes for a little girl!! Her new thing recently was screaming! Not just little tiny baby yelps...but full on scream at the top of her lungs...it was so dang cute! She would especially like to do it when people were talking! :) They are getting a little more quite but every once in a while she'll let out a good one! I think her favorite toy right now is hair...ha ha ha. she loves peoples hair. I've learned to always have mine up....which I don't mind at all...cuz I hate hair in my face anyway. I just love her face, I love taking pictures of her, I love hearing her talk, and move and learn. I'm so lucky she's mine! So Cameron and myself had a pretty good valentine's day! I found a project that I wanted to make for him for a present. I found it off of Pinterest it was called: 52 reasons why I love you! You get a deck of cards and decorate them with scrapbook paper and write reasons why you love this person. some of them were: I Love how you make eggs for me even when you hate them, I love how you hold my hand, I love how you spoil our little girl, I love how you haven't given up on me, etc. I loved doing it. I love doing gifts like that that are meaningful. I've done calenders with our pictures and photobooks from our wedding...I just think it's really fun! I mean he could probably look back five years from now and know what I got him as a gift. :) I LOVED his gift to me as well. He got me (well, ok us) a king size bed!! I absolutely love it. It's huge...there is so much room. we got new pillows, new comforter, new sheets! AHHHH it's so nice! I think he loves me. Then for dinner...(we really didn't do anything fancy and I was just fine with that...as long as we were together that's what counts.) We went to Panda Express! I love love panda...it's so so yummy!! :) We still had a little bit of a wait. we had to wait about 15-20 minutes before we could order food. but it was worth it! So all in all it was a great valentine's day!! I want to talk about my family, my close family and extended family! (I'm not sure who all is going to read this) but can I just say: I LOVE YOU ALL! I don't know if I say it enough or too much. I really just want all of you to know that you are a piece of who I am...and I love you! I try my best to be a good sister, aunt, or cousin...hopefully i'm doing a good job. Sometimes I worry about what I might have said, or what I might have done, and I just dwell on it. I know I shouldn't but I do. I really hope I haven't hurt any of you in anyway. I'm just a worry wart sometimes. This goes out to all my friends too! I love you all! Okay well this isn't as long as the other ones but I just wanted to put something out there to let you know that I didn't give up on this blogging thing! Hopefully you'll see me sooner then last time! thanks for reading!
